Spencor is a licensed water treatment specialist company providing its customers with superior service and commitment. Owner and operator Tony Petersen started pipeline chlorinating and testing over 25 years ago. We specialize in pipeline chlorination and de-chlorination. As well as hydrostatic testing and leak detection. Tony has been a member of AWWA and is certified in backflow prevention and maintenance.
SPENCOR is family-owned and operated right here in Upland, CA. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are superior, and come with a personal touch. We have established and maintained long customer relationships and believe that providing excellent service is essential to our success.

In 1988, Tony started A. G. Petersen Pipeline Testing. In addition to starting the company in those early days, he also worked at Cucamonga Valley Water District for multiple years as well. In 2000, Tony changed the company's name to SPENCOR and its been growing ever since. In 2009, Tony received his backflow and cross connections certificate.
